Connect to Mind Body Spirit

Join us on a Journey for your Soul on our 9th Annual Mind Body Spirit BWCA Wilderness Experience.

Join us on a Journey for your Soul on this women-only wilderness experience. Contemplate the mystery of the North Hegman Pictographs, hug giant trees, connect with other women, share, explore, rest in the hammock and stretch your mind body spirit with some yoga or meditation on the rocks.

This is an opportunity to connect with other like-minded women in a nature-inspired immersion. Many past participants become lifelong friends. Open to all women. If the idea of surrounding yourself with gentle souls calls to you, don’t delay. We are going to have a wonderful mix of people.

This is a short and sweet trip suitable for beginners.  We’ve had women 18-73 on this one.  All meals are included from evening meal the first day to a hearty breakfast before heading back to civilization. While this may not be the most physically demanding trip offered, you will be much more comfortable if you have a good level of physical conditioning, especially upper body strength.
