This in an invitation to be rooted in the true nature of yourself. As Sandra Ingerman says in her book Walking by Light, ‘By spending time in nature, we learn how to engage more fully in life.’ Engaging in life fully while also honoring your True Self is a skill. A skill that nature, Melissa and Tanya are ready to facilitate. What can you look forward to during the Rooted in Nature Weekend Retreat? Spaciousness in time, time in community and time with self and to be yourself. You are invited to be present and participate in exploring your inner landscape while exploring natures landscape.
Following are details and a tentative itinerary. This is a rain or shine event.
When: Friday-Sunday, August 20-22, 2021
Where: Pequot Lakes, MN.
Accommodations: Bring your own personal tent. A lakeside tent site awaits your arrival and is encouraged in keeping with our theme Rooted in Nature. Running water, flush toilets, shower and full kitchen are on site. We can also recommend nearby hotels and resorts as options *at your own expense* for those who would like to attend the retreat, but do not wish to tent.
Cost: $150 early registration, $175 after June 20th. $50 of registration is considered a non-refundable deposit. Optional single person tent rental $35.
Friday: Dinner on your own. Arrive 6-7pm, tent set up and orientation. Breathe and enjoy the lakeview. Opening campfire starts approx 7:30pm.
Saturday: AM Yoga with Tanya, Breakfast, Forest Walk and Meditation with Melissa, Lunch, Floating and Reflection: Canoeing with Melissa, Dinner, Moon Ritual with Tanya, Group Fire Ceremony.
Sunday: AM Yoga with Tanya, Brunch, Closing Circle and Farewell. 11am

Cancellation Policy: Registration fee is refunded less $50 non-refundable deposit. For a verified Covid-19 illness or exposure, a full refund of the registration fee including deposit will be given. Please do not come if you are unwell. Our goal is for everyone to leave safe and happy.
