Join us on a Journey for your Soul on our 8th Annual Mind, Body, Spirit BWCA Wilderness Experience.
Join us on a Journey for your Soul on this women-only wilderness experience. Contemplate the mystery of the North Hegman Pictographs, hug giant trees, journal, rest in the hammock and stretch your spirit with some yoga or meditation on the rocks.
Our guest guide and healer, Debra Quarles will introduce healing elements to the group on this journey to wellness. This trip features group gatherings and each participant will receive a special 1 on 1 session with Deb.
This is a short and sweet trip suitable for beginners. We’ve had women 18-73 on this one. All meals are included from evening meal the first day to a hearty breakfast before heading back to civilization. While this may not be the most physically demanding trip offered, you will be much more comfortable if you have a good level of physical conditioning, especially upper body strength.
