Join us on a Journey for your Soul on our 4th Annual Mind, Body, Spirit BWCA Experience.
Join us on a Journey for your Soul on this women-only wilderness experience. Contemplate the mystery of the infamous North Hegman Pictographs, hug giant trees, journal, rest in the hammock and stretch your spirit with some yoga or meditation on the rocks.
Our guest guide and healer, Debra Quarles will introduce healing elements to the group on this journey to wellness. This trip features group gatherings and each participant will receive a special 1 on 1 session with Deb.
This is a short and sweet trip suitable for beginners. We’ve had women 18-73 on this one. All meals are included from evening meal the first day to a hearty breakfast before heading back to civilization. While this may not be the most physically demanding trip offered, you will be much more comfortable if you have a good level of physical conditioning, especially upper body strength. There is an optional 6 week workout plan available to help prepare your body for the journey. Please ask if you are interested.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Book with confidence! 2020 has been a year of much uncertainty, but I still remain optimistic we will have a summer filled with wilderness experiences. So far, we are still a go for the season. I am monitoring and following the CDC and MN State guidelines closely while working on taking certain steps and precautions to enable us to have a safe and enjoyable experience. For instance, our group sizes are very small to begin with, no more than 9. I am in the works of procuring single tents for sleeping for those interested. For this year, 2020 only, I have also changed the policy regarding deposits and full payment. You retain the option cancel up to a week before the event if you are not feeling well or safe and will be given a full refund, deposit included. If our social distancing protocols currently in place are extended through any trip, full refunds, including the deposits will be given. I say this all with a light heart and a compelling call to continue my work providing you with access to this beautiful place. I fully believe nature is healing and what if spending time in it is the medicine? I want to continue to give you this opportunity. Be Happy. Love, Melissa
